With the continued popularity of hazy beers and the recent availability of new extracts like Spectrum and Incognito for the home brewer, I am finding it challenging to add these products to my BeerSmith. For example, Spectrum only lists the following specifications-
Iso-Alpha Acids: Oil: < 0.2% w/w
Density: 1.1-1.3 g/cm3
Water: < 30%
And Incognito -
Alpha acids: 40-55% (w/w HPLC)
I know that Spectrum is to be used as a "dry hop' and Incognito is to be used as a whirlpool. I am comfortable with the pellet:extract replacement values of each product (they provide these guidelines) but am stumped regarding how to add this product to BeerSmith.
