I am a pro brewer and use a few yeasts across most of my beers.
I have a good grasp of eich of their approximate expected ADFs. The recipe builder gives an optional fixed RDF readout, but the ability to enter expected ADF to generate the est. ABV would be really helpful when building out new recipes, or the ability to tie this to yeast instead of it being currently locked to style.
