I am building a "Cookies n Cream" Stout recipe based on a sweet or breakfast stout. A couple of questions:
1. Which category would I add the Oreo's to? Fermentable or Misc.?
2. How would one begin to calculate the amount/kinds of fermentable sugars (in points) that would be derived from a 13.3 oz package of Oreos?
Cheers!

They do contain a lot of sugar so fermentable would b e a good place for them. You can figure all of the sugars, calculated using the nutritional information on the package, as fermentable.
