I'm brewing a 10 gallon batch on the Brewzilla for the first time and I have an equipment profile I got somewhere online I can't recall at the moment. The 5 gallon batch profile was pretty tight and most of what I see on the 10 gallon batch seems the same but I have a question about fermenter loss and trub loss. They're only slightly higher than for the 5 gallon batch profile. Instead of .50 fermenter loss and .25 trub loss which is in the 5 gallon profile, the 10 gallon profile is .53 fermenter loss and .26 trub loss. Can anybody confirm whether that seems accurate?
