I have been practicing home brewing since 1989, moved to all grain soon as the local HBS shops in Nebraska began to carry necessary ingredients. I am new to BeerSmith community and software. Enjoying the software, very powerful! Running my first Beer Smith aided recipe tomorrow, a German Pils. Having visited Germany over Christmas my expectations are high. I have been building up water profiles from RO for a few years, I am looking forward to using the water prep predictions calculated in Beer Smith. Much easier than what I have been using. Looking forward to learning what I can from the forum, the podcast, and Beer Smith software.
