How exactly is the term BBTs used
- Can BBTs be the secondary tanks where the beer is conditioned, matured or lagered ? (implying that the beer drops bright when the yeast agglomerate
Or
- Are they tanks that are separate from the secondary or unitanks into which beer is pumped AFTER filtration, centrifugation, fining that follows maturation/conditioning in secondary or unitanks and are ready for artificial carbonation prior to bottling?
