Confused a bit as to the recommendation for minerals added to sparge/boil.
If I'm doing a 200L mash and 200L sparge, beersmith recommends more minerals be added to the boil or sparge than it does to the mash. Why is this? Wouldn't all the mash minerals get rinsed into the kettle?
