attach files to recipes

I would like to be able to attach scoring sheets from home-brew competitions to my recipes.  Is this possible?

I would like to be able to attach files in other places as well. I usually reference manufacturer product data sheets for information. It would be nice be able to attach them to the specific ingredient.

It would be a lot better to attach the manufactures PDF then copying and pasting the info into the notes section. Which I have done for some information. Being able to create a link to the file on my PC or the manufactures website might even work. All though the latter is always subject to website changes that would result in broken links.
