Adjust FG for mash temperature

Hi, has anyone know the "Adjust FG for mash temperature" option in the "Options> Advanced" menu? What happens if I disable this option?

Mash temperature can have a significant impact on FG, and this feature takes it into consideration when calculating the FG estimate and other calculations. Unless you're using some weird mash schedule, I see no reason to disable it. As a rule of thumb, unless you have a specific reason to change a default setting, it's usually best to leave it alone.
