I am making a Baltic Porter that has Debittered Black Malt and LME Munich, neither of which are available as fermentables in BeerSmith 3 (even as add ons). Any ideas on how to add? This was a pre-fab kit from my LHBS.

Open the list of Fermentables (Ingredients->Fermentables) and click the "Add Fermentable" button on the upper left, or from the menu select Insert->Add Fermentable.

Yes I was aware of that feature. My problem is how to find the characteristics and properties of the items I need to create. I will go to my LHBS webpage and look at the individual ingredients then go to the manufacturer's website to see if I can get the info.

  1. Open BeerSmith: Launch the BeerSmith software on your computer or device.
  2. Create or Open a Recipe: Start by creating a new recipe or opening an existing one that you want to modify.
  3. Navigate to the Recipe Editor: Once you have your recipe open, navigate to the "Recipe" tab or section where you can view Sportzfy Tv APK and edit the ingredients.
  4. Select the Fermentables Section: In the recipe editor, you'll typically see different sections for various ingredients such as fermentables, hops, yeast, etc. Click on the section labeled "Fermentables" or something similar.
  5. Add a New Fermentable: To add a new fermentable, look for an option or button labeled "Add Fermentable" or a similar variation. Click on this to open a window or dialog box where you can input the details of the fermentable you want to add.

They should be in the Fermentable Add-ons. You won't find them by looking for those specific ingredients. For the De-bittered black malt you will need to add the Dingemans products and to get the LME Munich add the Briess products.

If you still have to add them manually after that then search those maltsters website to find the data you need.
