I use the portable stove for doing small boil things, decoction, etc. That way I can be heating my sparge water on my big burner while doing the decoction.
As for the hops, all for one batch, kindof a spinoff of Dogfishhead's 'continuous' hopping, but with proportions modified so that more of the bittering hops are at one end, and more of the aroma hops at the other. Even amounts of Cascades in each pile, because I think it makes a real good bittering and aroma hop.
