Have any of you tried this yeast? I just poured a glass last night of an old ale that I tried this yeast on. It kind of reminds me of a belgian with spicy and sour notes, so it's not for everyone. This one is about 3 months old and it is not bad at all IMO. It is one of Wyeast VSS blends for high gravity brews.
Wanted to know what your thoughts were, and yes it is on slants now.
