Hi everyone.
Tomorrow i'm going to brew a all-grain Kölsch.
Recipe:
90% Pilsner malts
5% Vienna malts
5% Wheat malts
20 IBU H. Mittelfruh
Wyeast 2565 Kolsch. (Starter)
What i'm wondering about is:
Beersmith recommends a secondary fermentation when brewing Kölsch.
What do you do when you're brewing this beer?
