Midnight Wheat is by Briess. Hopefully, it's more widely available than just LD Carlson. It got introduced in 2011 or 12, I believe. It's a competitor to debittered black malts, like Carafe. Great for keeping the wheat content up in dunkelweizen, weizenbock and dark Belgian styles.
I have slightly different stats. I don't think there is any diastatic content in Midnight Wheat. Attached are the stats I have and the PDF from Briess.
