I've got a pseudo-lagering setup now (thanks to a lack of insulation, northern Michigan, and the approaching winter ), and I'd like to try my hand at a lager or two. First and foremost, I'd like to make an Oktoberfest/Marzen--I know we're past Oktoberfest time, but anyway... Anyone have a good standby recipe? Thanks in advance...
