I brewed up a 10g batch of ESB back in January for the Super Bowl.
5 gallons went to cask, which was tapped/drank at the super bowl party, 5 gallons went to a corny.
The beer tastes fine, perhaps a touch too bitter, but it has an out of this world creamy head. Like Excessive head. 1/4 of the glass head. Served at 12psi, keg carb'd at 12psi.. The stout and Pils on the same regulator are fine.
I'm not seeing anything super head causing on the grain bill. Just looking to make a new batch with less foam.
