Hey all. I've been on a several year brewing hiatus, and it must end. For a long time I've dreamt of a CDA that would allow me to drink the dank, piney forests here in the PNW. I knew Simcoe would have to be prominent. I want to keep the fruitiness down, focusing on dank, pine, and cedar. It's been a long time since I've designed a recipe, and I've not brewed many hoppy beers. I would like to get some feedback on this one, thanks!
