Hi.
I currently use AMS in the HLT and DWB as part of my mash addition. Is there any way to add this as an ingredient which would work with the new water tool?
AMS
35ml of AMS per hl of this water reduces the alkalinity by 64 mg/litre (ppm) and increases chloride levels by 22.5 mg/litre (ppm) and sulphate levels by 31 mg/litre (ppm).
DWB
9g of DWB per hl of your brew-length increases calcium levels by 15.6 mg/litre (ppm) and increases chloride levels by 15.4 mg/litre (ppm) and sulphate levels by 32.1 mg/litre (ppm).
