Wine Batch Sheet and Report templates

Here are two "reports" I use for tracking the Winemaking in Beersmith. I use a couple of custom locations to track values that are more important to wine make (e.g enter initial must pH as mash pH, store values for TA in other entry values, etc.). I would appreciate any thoughts on how to improve these to track the wine batches for improved fermentations.

These are htm files but the forum will only let me load them as txt files. So if you want to use them you will need to convert them back to htm files before loading in the reports.
