I've been home brewing for over 12 years, starting with a basic kettle and Igloo cooler setup and now with a Brewha 10 gallon BIAC. I'm using the Beersmith program for beer design and it's really been a game changer. I look forward to this group's insight!

Create a custom equipment profile before you do anything else. It's not a bad idea to make some custom mash schedules as well. The Brulosophy website has a couple of mash profile tutorials... one for batch sparging and one for BIAB. https://brulosophy.com/?s=Beersmith+Profile

Here is a very good equipment profile tutorial. Ignore that is says Beersmith 2... the steps are exactly the same for BS3
