Hops ibu's after flameout

Hello,
How do you put into beersmith and/or figure how many IBU'S a beer has when all your hop additions are after flameout?

My neipa calls for hops at flameout.
Hops at 20 minutes after flameout.
Hops at 30 minutes after flameout.
I'm supposed to get to 35 ibu's but not sure how to enter it into beersmith or even figure it up.

Any help would be appreciated.

When you click on the "Add Hops" button in the design panel, the window that opens allows you to select the hop variety as well as select the type of addition from the "Use" menu. For post-boil additions, select "Steep/Whirlpool" and then enter the amount of time and the temperature the addition calls for. Do the same for each addition.

Boil is selected by default. Here is that Use menu opened up with the options available to you.
