I'm from the Netherlands, and together with a friend of mine we are about to do our second Brew next weekend.
Why did we start brewing?? Well we collect beautifull beers in our beer cellar: https://cellar.beer/SBK1 (see it here, and you'll start to get thirsty)
So we thought, let's build some of this delicious beer our selfs.
Last month we brewed a Quadrupel, like trappist Style(26D)
Next week we will try a Tripel (26C)
Since i'm a computer geek i was looking for ways to administer the brewing process and Beersmith seems about the right place to do so hahaha
