I have a Spike Brewing Trio system. They tout their system as achieving mash efficiencies of 85+%. I often achieve around 87%. When I plug my ingredients and system info into BeerSmith, it shows an estimated mash efficiency of either ~97% or ~101%, which I'm pretty sure is impossible. That throws all my numbers off. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a fix for this?
