Good option to drive 3 roller grain mill

I have a Crankandstein 3GT grain mill. It is a very solid machine and provides the desired size distribution. Driving the mill at a stable desired speed can be a challenge. Controlling the speed with ½” drive 600 RPM Harbor Freight Spade drill was difficult to slow drill below 300 RPM without stalling. Attaching the Evergreen Tool Company #673 4:1 speed reducer allows running drill at 600 RPM to maintain high torque with the mill turning at 150 RPM. It is recommended to securely support both the drill and reducer because of the high torque being applied (during operation, mine are attached to structural 2x4). Adding a router speed controller and foot pedal on/off switch provides additional control, but is not required. With mill roller gap set at 0.025, the drill pulled 5.1 amps, 440 watts at 122 RPM. 10#’s of grain was milled in 3.5 minutes.

I also had limited success using a KitchenAid set at 192 RPM. This was struggling to apply the torque required and did not seem to be a long term drive solution.

I bought something like what is pictured in the link many years ago and it has served me well. Unfortunately I don't recall where I bought it. I seem to recall someone offering them for sale on one of the homebrew forums and it was much less expensive than the one linked. If you can afford this setup however you won't regret it.
