Hello. I'm trying to add a decoction step to a mash profile. It tells me to "decoct 0.00L of mash and boil it". At first I thought I missed entering a number, so I double clicked in to the step. Nothing there tp change the volume to decoct. Am I missing something? Ideally I want to decoct 9.0L. Thanks

You have your temperature rises already in the schedule with the step 2 Saccharification set before the Decoction. The program sees the rise in temperature to 145F and then the decoction step which is also at 145F and calculates that you will need to remove no wort and boil it to get a temperature increase of 0 degrees. The decoction calculation is based upon how much wort needs to be heated to boiling and added back in to get a temperature rise from 125.6F to 145F
