Change Input Field Font Color on Linux

Is there a way to change the input field font color in BeerSmith 3 on Linux? The only way I can see what is in the fields is to highlight a field's content. I have tried changing the theme color in Look and Feel, but it does nothing to the fields' font colors.

In the attached screenshot, there is a value in every field, but notice you can only read the value in the field where I have selected all the text. Hoping there is a fix for this. Love the software (I am a subscriber), but this one thing does get pretty annoying.

Are you in Dark mode and also which version of Linux are you running?

I'm am on the gray mode, but I have tried all others. I am running Kubuntu 24.04.

I will try to look into this next week. I'm away from my Linux machines but should be able to run some tests next week on a stock Ubuntu build.
