Can't connect to cloud from computer

I have BS2 and have been using the cloud to transfer recipis between the computer and phone. On the phone I can still connect to clout but not from my laptop.
It says "Server offline" down at the right bottom corner.
Strange is that when I press "connect" I can see the recipes I have there for a second and then it is gone.
I have tried new password (only numbers/letters) and BS is allowed in both firewall and virus program.
Any ideas?
