Good day everyone, i am finally getting back into Brewing. I started back in 2014 and brewed up until 2017 when my wife and I had to move into an apartment for a job i took. Fast forward, we have closed on a house and i will finally have the space to dive back in. I still have my All Grain setup from before but am looking at doing a few upgrades like Fermentation vassals since i want to get away from glass and maybe adding a RIMS to my Mashtun.

Luckily, i made a back up of my my recipes in BS2 and have already upgraded to BS3 and imported them.

I look forward to sharing with the community.

There are many excellent fermentation vessel options. I a partial to stainless steel conicals... or even some of the stainless steel buckets with a conical bottom (but without the ability to dump trub and spent yeast). There are some good looking plastic ones on the market but whichever you chose I would suggest looking for something that gives you the option to make closed transfers.

Welcome back! I'm glad to see many brewers returning to the hobby!

Welcome back to the brewing world! It’s great that you have your own space to continue your journey. I look forward to seeing your classic BS2 recipes after upgrading to BS3, and recommend a stainless steel/food-grade plastic fermentation vessel – much safer than glass! Wishing you many more delicious brews in your new home!

Welcome Back
Me myself, i'm just a new kid on the block. Totaly love all the features in BS3(web interface only)

I have a simple all grain brewing setup, and am also looking into upgrading the fermatation part.
What do you all think about the FermZilla, by Kegland? It's not stainless, but offers tons of features and comes in decent volums (35L)
