amazon fire tablet issues

i cannot connect to the cloud on the app on amazon fire tablet. my old amazon tablet did not have this issue. ive deleted old certificates, downloaded lite and nothing fixes. just gives me a could not connect to recipe server error when trying to login.

Unfortunately the Amazon store has not allowed me to properly update my Android app for some time. They are shutting down the Amazon App store in August of this year so I can't update it.

thank you for the reply. Just so i understand, this means that the app is not going to work at all moving forward and that i will need to use the desktop version on the tablet to access cloud recipe?

You can use the web version from your tablet if you have a Gold+ account. Just log into the BeerSmithRecipes.com site from the browser and you can edit your cloud recipes from there.
