I am making a Baltic Porter that has Debittered Black Malt and LME Munich, neither of which are available as fermentables in BeerSmith 3 (even as add ons). Any ideas on how to add? This was a pre-fab kit from my LHBS.

Open the list of Fermentables (Ingredients->Fermentables) and click the "Add Fermentable" button on the upper left, or from the menu select Insert->Add Fermentable.

Yes I was aware of that feature. My problem is how to find the characteristics and properties of the items I need to create. I will go to my LHBS webpage and look at the individual ingredients then go to the manufacturer's website to see if I can get the info.

They should be in the Fermentable Add-ons. You won't find them by looking for those specific ingredients. For the De-bittered black malt you will need to add the Dingemans products and to get the LME Munich add the Briess products.

If you still have to add them manually after that then search those maltsters website to find the data you need.

My question is about Grapes sugar, is it equivalent to Corn sugar? I did not find it between the options in Beeersmith 3.1

There are some grape fermentables in my version 3.2.7 but I don't see grape sugar specifically. I found a few commercial examples online but no specs. You may want to contact the maker of whatever you are using and ask for some specs and then add this manually to your fermentables.
