Used Safe ale US 05, 24 hr. Yeast starter. Fermented actively for about 6 days, slowed and stays at a bubble averaging every 2 min. Any suggestions?

Probably CO2 coming out of solution, not the result of active fermentation. Can you see the surface of the wort? If all the krausen dropped and the surface is clear, then the yeast have finished and given up. Take gravity measurements a few days apart if you can to verify the final gravity and that nothing is changing anymore.
