Equipment Profiles
One real challenge for the Partial Mash brewer is the fact that
you may have a mix of all-grain and extract brewing equipment. To make
great beer, you need to be able to take into account your actual equipment.
BeerSmith has a database of equipment profiles that can be easily customized to
match your exact setup. The equipment settings are used throughout the
program to match style, bitterness, adjust mash temperatures, and generate
step-by-step brewing instructions. You can use this equipment profile to
convert all grain or extract recipes to partial
mash brewing.
