Good Wit

Just finished tasting a nice smooth Wit beer that I kegged a few weeks ago.

Wow - it was good!

Used my standard recipe but put in a full ounce of bitter orange peel and coriander a the end.  It came out a bit more spicy but still very delicious.

Recipe: http://www.beersmith.com/Recipes/recipes/wit.htm  but add a full ounce of each spice for the last few minutes of the boil.
