Hello all!
I have not received too many recipes since the holidays - surely some of you brewed over the holidays.

Send your best ones to recipes@beersmith.com

Thanks!

Brad

I just brewed a 1.137 Barleywine and a 1.133 Wee Heavy, but I thought I ought to bottle them before submitting the recipes.

Even whimpy extract recipies?  I've a nice Cream City Pilsner-Style beer that turned out very good.

There's nothing wimpy about extract brewing - in fact extract brewers outnumber all-grain brewers.

I would love to add any good tasting beer recipe - regardeless of type.

Cheers!
Brad

Brewing extract beers does not make them inferior to all-grain.  All that all-grain does is provide more control over the beers wort.  Partial-Mash, which is a very slight modification of technique for an Extract with steeped grain, gives the extract brewer a portion of this control back.
