Hopefully this is still the place to post these?  I've created all the profiles for Chicago's Omega Yeasts.

Lesson learned... do not bring a pet to the altar.  They go bye bye, and you have to regather the ingredients.

Hoping to find info for Licorice-Stick or an ingredient profile I can add to BeerSmith (imported Italian) like AIH sells - Link: https://www.homebrewing.org/Licorice-Stick_p_381.html
Detailed info such as the SRM, IBU factor, recommended usage etc.

Thanks,
FP

I've just done all 3 of the Coopers Malts now available which could be used as a fermentable add-on. Pulled the information from the datasheets here.

https://www.ellersliehop.com.au/malt-varieties

Would appreciate if someone could check it over for me as I'm new to Beersmith and had to do a couple of conversions to suit the U.S measurements. Cheers.

Looks right, I'd see if they can provide a better estimate of diastatic power, seems low- and their website lists a "Min" but no max or average.
