I have a request. For links, can you set it to "open a new window"  For example, I clicked on the White Labs logo (I wanted to peak at the site while you were talking) and went to White Labs site but had to go back and start the video over because it did not open a new window. Just a thought so you don't loose viewers while they check out your ads.
Love the show. Really love the yeast series coming up.

Love the show. Really love the yeast series coming up.

If you open a new tab in your browser and open a second Home Brewer TV in that browser you can check things out while the video plays on the first open tab. Hopes that helps as I am not much of a computer geek.

Home Brewer TV this week, we jump back into yeast and find out about their numbers and what we need for a good fermentation. I found two lagers to taste in the Tasting Room for you. Lagers are hard to find here in Northern Nevada.

Give me a shout and let me know what you think!

Great show. Thanks for getting down to the nuts & bolts, meat & potatoes, nitty gritty, the low-down, the details, poop, the scoop on yeast. Finally, that broken computer in the attic will have a purpose now.... parts for a DIY stir plate ;D

The latest episode of Home Brewer TV is now available.

The crew provides one of the beers in the Tasting Room spurred on by some of the postings on the forums.

As always, let me know what you think!

The crew was wrong!  The "heavy" discussion on yeast was great. It's not too boring or deep.  The last show was perfect; stay on topic for the series, we love the yeast info.  Also, you can't dodge the bullet, what was the nasty beer? Yes, I congratulate you on staying positive on the show, but it's OK to get down and dirty ;D. If the Blue Moon sucked, tell us it was Blue Moon..... or (come on, tell us!) what was it? --Rob

I am going to be visiting the brewery that produced the poor tasting beer very soon and will try a sample there to see if it was a fluke. I will let you know what I find out and which brewery it is after the visit!

;D Take the crew and cameras with you! LOL (Nah, I sense you are too diplomatic for that, ha ha)

Show 29 is now available. We continue our yeast discussions with some of the flavors and aromas yeast produce. Plus so many viewers have wanted to know more about kegging, we share our system.

This week we talk about some parameters to think about when buying yeast for your next home brew. Starting your burners and two more beers are also part of this show.

Let me know what you think!

I am always looking for good suggestions...

Gary

Are you planning anything special for the 100th episode? I have a suggestion for your 100th show. The top five or ten beers from your tasting room trials. And some Gary bloopers.
