Well, time has flown by, and I am hosting a gathering in 11 days, and I have no beer of my own. I am looking to brew something that will be drinkable in 11 days. Here are the particulars:
1) All grain
2) Kegging w/forced co2
3) 5 Gal batches
4) Dry yeast (no starter)
Any advice would be great- I know I am pushing it- thanks in advance!
