Check under "Hallertauer Hersbrucker". I don't know exactly how all the Hallertauer hops shake out, but the Hersbrucker variety is one of them. BeerSmith should already have them.

Here's the info:

Hallertauer Hersbrucker
Origin: German
Type: Aroma
Form: Pellet
Alpha: 4.0%
Beta: 6.0%
Inventory: 0.00 oz
Hop Stability Index: 25.0% per 6 mths

Use for: German style lagers and wheat beers
Aroma: Noble, pleasant, clean flavor
Substitutes: Mt. Hood, Liberty, Hallertauer, Mittelfrueh
Examples: Wheathook Wheaten Ale
