how does this sound?

for a chocolate cherry flavored beer recipe.  how does this sound?  i calculated alot of this from scratch with some help from a hydrometer web page.  still needs some help though.  yes, i understand the exoticness of this recipe, that is why i wanted to toy around with the possibility of doing it.  i enjoy experimenting, and as long as it tastes alright, i will drink it. *remembers some foul concoctions from before.

Chocolate Cherry
Batch-5 gallons

4 lb    chocolate malt
2 c     rice
1 can wheat malt extract (2lbs)
1 pac yeast
4 oz   cherry extract (added before bottling)
1 tsp  irish moss
1 tsp  yeast nutrient
1/2 lb roasted barley
2 lb    wheat malt

need a type of hops and other additives if you feel it is necessary.  any thoughts on this recipe thus far?  the og so far would be about 1.0282 roughly.  just for those of you who are wondering the sugar percent.  thanks for the help.  once i get this tweaked real nice, i'll submit it.
