BeerSmith 3 licensing options

Hi everyone,

I'm a BeerSmith 2 user. I've been holding off on upgrading to version 3 since I feel uneasy about subscription services.

With the Gold and Platinum subscriptions, what happens when the subscription lapses? The FAQ says the "software will expire" but what does that mean exactly? Are you unable to launch and use the BeerSmith desktop app?

You have the option of buying BS3, rather than the subscriptions. You won't get major updates if you choose to buy outright. With a subscription the software will be deactivated when your subscription expires and reactivated when you renew.

Thanks Bob. Sounds like the "One Time Basic" license is the most similar one to BeerSmith 2 then.
