How do I account for this in Beersmith? I ordered it kind of by mistake for a Belgian Witbier. Looking further into it says may need a cereal mash? It looks exactly like the regular white wheat malt I've gotten in the past, but the description is different. And there is nothing in Beersmith. Might just throw it in a hazy neipa and see what happens.

Thanks in advance.

Go to the Briess web site and grab the specifications for the product.  Open up the 'fermentables' ingredients and click on 'add Fermentable'.  Enter in the specifications which you can.  The important parts are the name, potential or yield, and moisture content.  If you have the other information, it will help but it is not necessary to get the profile up and running in your copy of BeerSmith.  Save it and use!

They don't seem to post that info. I only see moisture, which seem quite high, actually.

Nothing here about Raw White Wheat, only Wheat Malt: http://www.brewingwithbriess.com/Products/Wheat.htm

Taking a stab at this but it should get you close: the moisture content and the protein content would place the yield about 10% less than that of flaked wheat.  Flaked wheat has a yield of 77%, so I would place the yield of raw wheat at around 69%.  This should give you a potential of 1.032 (if you enter the yield the program will calculate the potential for you).
