First off I'm very impressed with the quality of the product and the parts. Got everything assembled and did a leak test - only one small dribble and that was on one of the ports on the collection chamber which I did not check for tightness. I brew a 4gal mini mash on the stove then top it up in the fermenter to 5.5gal.  I do the mash in a separate 3.25gal pot. Going to start out slow and easy with some basic brews done in a classic manner. Then into the Fall start looking at pressurized fermentation - primarily in secondary fermentation for ales. And perhaps in the cold weather try a couple lagers as pressure fermentation.

Thats all a ways off I'm still scratchin' my head on my equipment settings and hoping I've not screwed things too badly.
