Where is mead nutrients tool

Hi,
First of all, sorry for my english.

In the tabbed ribbon view, I see in "Tools", the mead nutrients calculator, but in the upper menu bar > Tools, don't appear
In the tabbed ribbon view, i see in "View" the option Show/Hide Menu, but in the upper menu bar > View, don't appear

I would like if it is normal or have a solution. I use Beersmith 3.0.8 for windows.
