To brew a weissbier my mashtemperatures are 64, 72, 45, 70, 78 C. After saving the order is ok, but after closing and opening Beersmith the order is ascending. Tested it several times. Quiet frustrating. Any tips?

This is a known issue with BeerSmith. Regardless of how you enter the mash schedule, the program will align the steps to reflect increasing temperature.

As to your particular schedule, it is a bit confusing.  You start in the saccharification zone just fine then reduce the temperature to an acid rest.  By the time you have brought the temperature back down, you will have denatured most if not all the enzymes which are active at the 45C rest.  Is this something you developed or is there some written schedule you are following?
