Greetings

I Have a SS Brewing Technologies 14 gallon fermenter. Anybody now what I should set my BeerSmith software for gallons into fermenter?

Thanks

In BeerSmith the batch size is defined and the volume into the fermenter.  So figure out what volume you want going into your fermenter and build your equipment profile to provide that volume.  You can then use the 'scale recipe' feature to scale any recipe you have in BeerSmith to your equipment profile and desired batch size.

A 14 gallon fermenter is ideal for 10 gallon batches.

Thanks so much for the replies. I now can proceed.
