Fermentation Chamber blues
« on: July 15, 2019, 08:06:22 AM »
Welp, Finally happened. my converted freezer/ferm chamber gave up the goods this weekend. Brewed a 20g pilsner, brought it down to 16c with the chiller, put it in my fermentation chamber and kicked it down to 10C checked on it this morning and its sitting at 17C and the freezers at 15C...

Maybe I'll be buying myself an early Christmas present and get a unitank and chiller...

Here's to hoping my pils isn't garbage! Two bags of ice sitting on top of it now with wet towels dripping from the ice bath.
32g eHERMS
Drinking: Dopplebock, NEIPA, Pils
Primary: empty
Secondary/Lagering:
Next Brew: RIS
