just got back from three weeks in beer country... (Germany, and Belgium)

Most interesting take-away, there was only two "locals" at Cantillon... every other person there was American. Asked the barkeep what he thought about it and he loved it. Said he was glad that americans were helping to keep tradition going by supporting their small little brewery :)

made me feel good!

Also, I thought it was pretty awesome thinking about the fact that one of the most well known lambic breweries only brews one beer. KEEP IT SIMPLE!
32g eHERMS
Drinking: Dopplebock, NEIPA, Pils
Primary: empty
Secondary/Lagering:
Next Brew: RIS
