Cloud Software Issues

Hello Brewing Community!

First post very excited to start my brewing ventures!

I'm having a problem with the cloud syncing on the Beersmith software. Every time I sign into the cloud service it says it failed and gives me a error code. It seems like I need to confirm the account (Which I already did) so there is no email to try and re confirm it.

Anyone else have this issue? (Error Linked as picture)

Your email was never confirmed but I just manually took care of it - you should be good now.

Thanks so much, its working now. I love the software I got it because of the mead support! Helps tons in my startup. Also the 24/7 radio is making me lose sleep, such great information. Thanks again and keep up the great work!
