Greetings!
As it says in the post title, I'm a newbie brewer. I've bottled my first brew and waiting patiently (well, patient-ish) for carbonation to complete in the next few days! About to do my second brew next week and looking forward to brew day. After having run BeerSmith 3 on trial period, I realise how much of a useful tool it is and also my brewing buddies all seem to hold it in high regard so I took the plunge today and activated my subscription.
Right, well I'm off to have scan through the forum and see what tips I can pick up along the way.
