Date format in Recipe Design tab not working for required DD/MM/YYYY format.

The date in the design tab is stuck on MM/DD/YYYY no matter what Locale the underlying OS is set to.

The printed reports and BrewSteps DO correctly reflect the locale and display DD/MM/YYYY
